F3レーシングデザインの先端をゆく会社の「我々がデザイン的に誇れる様な工場・社屋にして欲しい」という要望から計画された建物です。透明度の高いファサードデザインと開放的なエントランスホール兼ショールームを中心とした構成になっています。

This building was planned in response to a request from a company at the forefront of F3 racing design to "make a factory and company building that we can be proud of in terms of design. The building is structured around a highly transparent façade design and an open entrance hall and showroom.
